All Aircraft: Where to Get Help
Bryan Gatchell
Getting in contact with aviation subject-matter experts (SMEs) and other organizations about your equipment can sometimes be a maze.
All is not lost. You can contact various organizations through their help desk, team or group emails.
Here’s a shortlist to keep handy:
Apache Fielding and Customer Assistance
Go to JTDI
HERE
When you sign into the site with your CAC, click on the
My Sites
drop down menu, select
Apache
and then select
Fielding and Customer Assistance
under the title
Apache Help
on the right side of the screen. Check out the screen shot below.

Chinook Fleet Management
The simplest and fastest way to contact Chinook Fleet Management is to use the following email address:
usarmy.redstone.peo-avn.list.cargo-custsupt@army.mil
When sending an email to this address, use your government email address. If you don’t, the email will be blocked. Include in the email your name, position, unit and location because that helps Chinook route your question or request to the right SME to get a reply.
