Publications: FM 7-22 Revisited

The Army has rewritten FM 7-22, Army Physical Readiness Training (Oct 12). It’s now FM 7-22, Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) (Oct 20). H2F covers the new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). Download FM 7-22 H2F and the two associated Army Techniques Publications (ATPs), ATP 7-22.01 and ATP 7-22.02, at these links:
